5.1 As a drop shipping store, products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers. This means shipping times will vary significantly depending on the supplier, destination, and delivery method. Estimated delivery ranges are indicative only.
5.2 We do not guarantee specific delivery dates or speeds and are not liable for delays beyond our control, including those caused by suppliers, couriers, customs, or other third parties.

6.2 We will provide support in lodging a return request, but we do not guarantee approval of any return, exchange, or refund, especially in the case of:

6.5 The Conscious Cart is not responsible for return shipping costs, supplier refusal, or delays in resolution. Where a supplier refuses a return, our decision is final. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
